Where to Store Home Equity
The last four episodes have proven that home equity fails every test of a wise investment and that no one can say that paying off your mortgage is a conservative strategy. So, if you are not going to pay off your mortgage, where should you be storing/building up your home equity? This episode will introduce you to the concept of the Equity Savings Account. We need a place to store home equity that is Liquid, Safe, earning a good Rate of Return and provides Tax Deductions – I found it!
